Commercial

Lettings repairs and maintenance

Christmas:-

Our office will be closed from 5:30PM on the 23^rd of December 2024 until the 30^th and 31^st of December during the reduced hours of 10AM – 2PM with skeleton staff in operation.

Please note if your repair is not an emergency, then this must be reported via our online repairs portal and this will be reviewed when our office reopens on the 2^nd of January 2025. https://rook-matthews-sayer.portal-login.co.uk/login/

We must stress that if you instruct a contractor for a repair which is not considered an emergency, then you may be held responsible for payment of their invoice and/or call-out.

If you have been informed that your Landlord has their own contractors or cover, please refer to your emergency contractor letter which was issued to you upon commencement of the Tenancy Agreement.

For emergencies only, please see below our contractors that will be able to assist during the festive period:-

Gas/Plumbing

Chris Barrett (07921540500) Closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day 2024 and covering emergencies only over the festive period, please phone and text where assistance is required providing as much information as possible.

NE Heating & Plumbing (07368958161) Closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day 2024 and covering emergencies only over the festive period, please phone and text where assistance is required providing as much information as possible.

All Heat (07850210997) – Half days on Friday 27th, Monday 30th and Tuesday 31^st of December 2024. Normal hours resume on the 2^nd of January 2025.

Electrics

The Electrician (07849906069) – 24^th of December, 27^th of December until the 31^st of December 2024 covering emergencies over this period, please phone and text where required providing as much information as possible.

Locksmith

Newbiggin Locksmith (07539288016) – Open 24^th of December, closed Christmas Day and reopens 26^th of December onwards.
